HMEC’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on May 23, 2018 (the “Annual Meeting”). On the record date of March 27, 2018, there were 40,883,981 shares of the Company’s Common Stock issued and outstanding and entitled to be voted at the Annual Meeting.
