Flow International Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release dated July 30, 2013 reporting results for the Company's fiscal year 2013 fourth quarter and year ended April 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, August 1, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time).
