Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
 
On October 1, 2007, S. Craig Tompkins resigned as Executive Vice President, Director-Business Affairs, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Reading International, Inc. and from all other offices held with its subsidiaries, in order to pursue opportunities that have presented themselves outside of the Company.  It is contemplated that Mr. Tompkins will continue to serve Reading in an administrative and advisory role for the twelve-month period following his resignation.
