On October 20, 2004, TETRA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release estimating its financial results for the third quarter of 2004 as affected by Hurricane Ivan. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
