ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) will report financial results
for the first quarter 2005 and its outlook for the remainder of 2005 on
Wednesday, April 20, 2005 after the market closes. The Company will
conduct its quarterly conference call on Thursday, April 21, 2005, at 2:00
PM ET.

minutes before the call begins (1:50 PM ET);
