ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) will report financial results
for the third quarter 2005 and its outlook for the remainder of 2005 on
Wednesday, October 19, 2005 after the market closes. The Company will
conduct its quarterly conference call on Thursday, October 20, 2005, at
9:00 AM ET.
