ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) will report financial results
for the first quarter 2006 and its outlook for 2006 on Wednesday, April 19,
2006 after the market closes. The Company will conduct its quarterly
conference call on Thursday, April 20, 2006, at 2:00 PM ET.
