ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) will report financial results
for the third quarter 2007 on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 after the market
closes. The Company will conduct its quarterly conference call on
Thursday, October 18, 2007, at 10:00 AM ET.
