On July 20, 2006, The Finish Line, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share of the Company’s Class A and Class B common stock as well as actions from the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on July 20, 2006.
