ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On March 8, 2007, The Finish Line, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing its results of operations and financial condition as of and for the fourteen and fifty-three weeks ended March 3, 2007 and commented on the fourth quarter earnings outlook.
 
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
