Attunity Appoints Ofer Segev as Chief Operating Officer
and Chief Financial Officer

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 2003--Attunity Ltd. (NASDAQ: ATTU -
News), a leading provider of standards-based integration middleware for
accessing mainframe, enterprise data sources and legacy applications, today
announced the appointment of Ofer Segev as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief
Financial Officer at Attunity.

Mr. Segev brings to Attunity over 17 years of experience in strategic financial
management. Prior to his joining the company, he served as the CEO for
TeleKnowledge, a content commerce platform vendor; and as CFO for Tundo, a
developer of an IP-based voice and media services platform. Prior to his
position at Tundo, Mr. Segev was a partner at Ernst & Young Israel where he led
the High Tech Industry practice group.

In making this announcement, Arie Gonen, chairman of the board of Attunity,
