Machine Rebuild


On December 19, 2007, the Board of Directors approved a $31 million investment to increase annual toweling capacity by 16,000 tons, at the Middletown, Ohio mill operated by the Company’s Towel & Tissue segment.  A news release describing the project is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
