Machine Rebuild
On February 16, 2010, the Board of Directors approved a $27 million capital investment to provide tape-backing paper production capabilities at its Paper segment mill located in Brainerd, Minnesota. A news release announcing the project is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
