INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT
Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name for Nordic American Tankers Limited that was effectuated on June 14, 2011.
On July 6, 2011, Nordic American Tanker Shipping Limited will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under its new name Nordic American Tankers Limited.
