     On December 14, 2005, Lone Star  Steakhouse & Saloon,  Inc. (the "Company")
issued a press  release  announcing  a  mid-quarter  update for the first twelve
weeks of the Company's  sixteen week fourth quarter.  The press release is being
filed as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
