Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On March 2 and 3, 2016, members of PPL Corporation's (the "Company") senior management will attend the UBS Utilities and Natural Gas Conference in Boston, Massachusetts and The Morgan Stanley MLP/Diversified Natural Gas, Utilities and Clean Tech Conference in New York City, respectively, and meet with financial analysts and investors to discuss the Company's corporate strategy and general business outlook. At these meetings, the Company is expected to reaffirm its previously announced 2016 earnings forecast of $2.25 to $2.45 per share, with a midpoint of $2.35 per share.  A copy of the slides to be used during these meetings with investors is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
