According to various news sources, Russia originated Alfa Group has made an official offer to Cukurova Group so as to purchase Turkcell shares.

Since Turkcell is not a party to this offer and there has been no information provided to us, we are not in a position to make additional statement on the matter. We have shared the information subject to this announcement with Cukurova Group and we would plan to make required announcement in line with applicable regulations, should there be any development brought to our attention on the matter.
