Announcement Regarding the Capital Increase in Turkcell Sigorta
 
The capital of Turkcell Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Turkcell Sigorta”), a wholly owned subsidiary of our 100% owned subsidiary Turkcell Finansman A.Ş., is increased by TRY 3,700,000 to TRY 4,000,000. Our Company’s pre-emption rights with respect to the capital increase is fully paid.
