On November 7, 2007, Ingram Micro Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that its Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program that enables the Company to purchase up to $300 million of its common stock.  A copy of the Company’s press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated by reference.
