The 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of UniSource Energy Corporation (the “Company”) will be held at San Miguel High School, 6601 S. San Fernando Rd., Tucson, Arizona, on Friday, May 7, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
