On April 1, 2010, Janet Dillione was appointed Executive Vice President with responsibility for
Nuance Communications, Inc.’s healthcare business. After a transition period, Jeanne McCann, the
company’s current Executive Vice President of the healthcare business, will assume another
leadership position with the company.
