Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

          On July 27, 2010, the Board of Directors of Environmental Tectonics Corporation (the “Company”) approved an amendment to Article 4 of the Company’s Bylaws to allow for the expansion of the Board of Directors to six members. Article 4 of the Company’s Bylaws previously provided that the Board, at all times, had to have an odd number of directors. The amended Bylaws also correct some minor typographical errors of no substantive significance which appeared in the Company’s previous Bylaws.
