Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On November 1, 2010, HFF, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s
financial and transaction production results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. A copy of
the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
