On February 18, 2011, Woori Finance Holdings was selected as the preferred bidder for the purchase of the assets and assumption of the liabilities of Samhwa Mutual Savings Bank and signed a memorandum of understanding on March 11, 2011 with KDIC relating to such purchase and assumption.
