Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE:CEI) announces that the Canyon Ranch Living project planned for Bethesda, Maryland, will undergo a re-evaluation for the next thirty days. Accordingly, the developer will discontinue taking sales contracts during that time period.
