On November 5-8, 2006, Exelon Corporation (Exelon) will participate in the Edison Electric
Institute Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form
8-K are the slides and handouts to be used at the conference. The
slides include preliminary adjusted (non-GAAP) operating earnings
guidance for 2007 for Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) and PECO
Energy Company (PECO).
