Effective September 2, 2008, BNY Mellon Shareholder Services has been appointed by Wabash National Corporation (the “Company”) to serve as the transfer agent and registrar for the Company’s common stock. BNY Mellon Shareholder Services replaced LaSalle Bank, NA.
