Anadarko, Mitsui push back on BP spill bill

Oil major BP has so far come up empty-handed in securing nearly $400 million in payment requests made to Anadarko Petroleum and a unit of Japanese conglomerate Mitsui, co-owners of the stricken Macondo oil well in the Gulf of Mexico.
