LONDON, Feb 14 (Reuters) - European shares were set to open higher on Monday, tracking overnight gains in Asia and Friday's advance in the United States, after the resignation of Egypt President Hosni Mubarak reduced regional concerns and gave a boost to investor risk appetite.
