Europe Factors-Shares set to pause; HSBC results eyed

PARIS, Feb 28 (Reuters) - European stocks were set to pause on Monday following the previous session's rebound as investors digested election results in debt-stricken Ireland and awaited earnings from HSBC , Europe's biggest bank. Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 2 to 3 points lower, Germany's DAX to open 12 to 14 points lower and France's CAC-40 to open unchanged to 4 points lower.
