Europe Factors-Shares set to inch up; earnings eyed

PARIS, April 18 (Reuters) - European stocks were seen inching higher on Monday, as investors were digesting China's latest hike in banks' required reserves and awaited quarterly earnings from a number of companies including U.S. bellwethers Citigroup and Texas Instruments .
