Europe Factors-Shares set to rise, U.S. payrolls eyed

LONDON, June 3 (Reuters) - European shares were set to rise on Friday, tracking a late rebound on Wall Street, though gains were expected to be muted ahead of a key U.S. labour market report which is expected to confirm the view that the pace of economic recovery is losing momentum.
