Bargain Hunters Snap Up Shares Of MGIC

Bargain hunters lifted shares of MGIC Investment Corp. (NYSE: MTG) 44 cents to close at $2.13, whose stock price fell earlier this week when rival PMI Group Inc. (NYSE: PMI) was ordered by the Arizona Department of Insurance to stop writing new policies. Shares of PMI edged up 4 cents to close at $0.22.
