Pernod Ricard (Paris:RI) filed its Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 28 September 2011 under number D. 11-0884.

It is also available at the Company registered office – 12 Place des Etats-Unis – 75116 Paris, France.

The Registration Document includes, in particular:

• the annual report 2010/11,
