T.J.T., Inc. Board of Directors Announces Changes in Executive Leadership

T.J.T., Inc. (the Company), (Pink Sheets:AXLE)–T.J.T., Inc., a major supplier of axles, tires, and set-up supplies to the manufactured housing industry, announced the resignation of John R. Doherty, as Chairman and Director. He is being replaced as Chairman by Director and Vice Chairman Jerome B. “Joe” Light. His position as a director on the Board will not be filled at this time. Director Susan M. Allison was appointed Vice Chairman.

Mr. Light has served on the Board since 1999, and was appointed Vice Chairman in February, 2010. He currently serves as Chair of the Compensation and Nominating Committees, and serves on the Directors’ Executive Committee. He served in numerous executive capacities, during his 37 year career with Champion Enterprises, Inc.

Established in 1977, T.J.T., Inc. is a major provider of recycled axles and tires to the manufactured housing industry. It operates facilities in Idaho, Oregon, California, and N. Dakota, serving 12 western states. In addition to the recycling business, T.J.T. also sells aftermarket products to manufactured housing and residential markets.
