MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The NASDAQ Composite Index (INDEXNASDAQ:.IXIC) rose 0.57% to 3 017.09 at 3:00 p.m. EST today as stocks rallied for Election Day.   Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) dropped just 0.05% to $584.32 as analysts predicted neither a sharp decline nor a swift ascent for this holiday season.
