Black Friday is getting a makeover to Green Thursday. Target (TGT) and Toys R Us joined other big retailers in announcing plans to open their stores and offer deep discounts on Thanksgiving Day, abandoning the longtime retail tradition known as Black Friday. Wal-Mart (WMT), the world's largest retail chain, along with Sears (SHLD), Macy's (M), Kohl's (KSS) and online retail giant Amazon.com (AMZN), all moved up their planned Thanksgiving sales
