All major car manufacturers – Ford (NYSE: F ), General Motors (NYSE: GM ), Chrysler (OTC: FIATY ), Toyota (NYSE: TM ), and Honda (NYSE: HMC ) – are reporting monthly sales figures today. November U.S. sales for General Motors rose three percent from last year.
