Hagel, Brennan tapped for Pentagon, CIA

President Barack Obama on Monday moves to fill out his foreign-policy team, nominating former Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel to run the Department of Defense and White House counterterrorism adviser John Brennan to head the Central Intelligence Agency.
