Stock futures up; Nikkei inspires, TWX awaited

U.S. stock market futures rise Wednesday, taking some inspiration from a rally out of Japan, as an empty data calendar leaves investors with some room to question whether momentum and risk appetite will continue to build after a routing earlier in the week.
