There is no rational way you can ever make Amazon’s numbers work even if you extrapolate them out to 2015. If you’re a gut player you want to own stocks that defy analysis. Normally, a gut play should return you a multiple of your investment or wipe it out. From its price point of $265, Amazon ain’t no 500 percent candidate.
