Micky's Mea Culpa: Arison to Refund U.S. Taxpayers

Carnival CEO Micky Arison released a statement Monday saying the cruise line intends to reimburse U.S. taxpayers for the cost incurred by the Navy and Coast Guard in responding to two of the company's high-profile incidents recently.
