Stocks Open Flat After Dow, S&P Hit All-Time High

Stocks opened flat Thursday, as investors seemed to take a breather following the recent market rally that propelled the Dow and S&P 500 to fresh all-time highs, but better-than-expected jobless claims report kept a limit on losses.
