FCC gives official nod to deals by SoftBank, Sprint, Clearwire

WASHINGTON, July 5 (Reuters) - The Federal Communications Commission on Friday announced its official approval of two related deals by Sprint Nextel Corp, SoftBank Corp and Clearwire Corp.
