UPDATE 1-T-Mobile US to allow phone upgrades every six months

NEW YORK, July 10 (Reuters) - T-Mobile US Inc said on Wednesday that customers will be allowed to upgrade phones every six months and it unveiled a family plan for prepaid customers that it hopes will lure customers away from its three bigger rivals.
