'New normal' still not over, Pimco's El-Erian Says

Even with the recent spike in bond yields and Federal Reserve taper talk on an improving economy, the "new normal" as characterized by Pimco in 2009 persists, Mohamed El-Erian, Pimco CEO and co-CIO, tells CNBC.
