Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NASDAQ: NCLH ) ("Norwegian") announced today the pricing of a secondary public offering of 20 million of its ordinary shares by Star NCLC Holdings Ltd. and certain funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO ) and TPG Global, LLC (together, the "Selling Shareholders")
