( click to enlarge )Tuesday marked an important shift in Zalicus Inc (NASDAQ:ZLCS) shares as they closed above a major horizontal resistance line that has been forming since January. The stock was one of the big winners, closing up 12 cents. ZLCS traded heavy volume as it hit a high of $.839. This high is resistance for Wednesday’s continuation move.

( click to enlarge )Oncothyreon Inc (NASDAQ:ONTY) made some progress today. The stock has a nice base here and might be getting ready to move higher soon. Bulls are now attacking the 50-day exponential moving average, a break above could trigger a rally towards 1.95 resistance and determine overall bias.

( click to enlarge )Yingli Green Energy Hold. Co. Ltd. (NYSE:YGE) had a huge breakout day closing above the key resistance level of 4.40. The breakout was on heavy volume. The next key resistance level is located at $4.83. Shareholders may remain invested with a stop-loss at $4.09
