ADGS Advisory, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQB:ADGS) today announced that Tong Wing Shan, Michelle (“Michelle Tong”) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately. Michelle Tong replaces Li Lai Ying, Florence (“Florence Li”), who will continue as the Company’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the Company. Ms. Tong, who is the daughter of Florence Li, is a major shareholder of the Company.
In announcing the appointment, Florence Li, CEO, stated “We are delighted to have Michelle serve the Company in this management capacity. Michelle’s background and experience will enable her to make a significant contribution to the success of the Company at this senior executive level.”
