US Stock Futures Flat; ISM Report In Focus

Pre-open movers US stock futures were mostly flat in early pre-market trade. The PMI manufacturing index will be released at 8:58 a.m. ET. The ISM manufacturing composite index and construction spending data will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 5 points to 16,071.00,
